We recently carried out a domestic asbestos bulk sample at a house prior to purchase on behalf of the buyer. We attended the property to safely collect a sample of suspected asbestos-containing material from the artex ceilings throughout the property. Following strict safety procedures, the samples were carefully sealed and sent to a UKAS-accredited laboratory for analysis.
